Part One: Adventures on foot, crampons, paraglider, via ferrata and ski.
Including selected mountain climbs and via ferrata spanning between Austrian/German Alps in far NE, coming
down the chain through Italian, Swiss and French Alps as far SW as Verdon Gorges and Mont Ventou, of
cycling fame. Highlights include iconic mountains Matterhorn, Eiger, Monte Rosa (2nd highest in The Alps)
with reference to satellite peaks, via ferrata routes plus the odd paraglider descent, of varying levels of
difficulty between ‘easy’ and ‘difficult’. Some short sequences are set to samples of Alpine music.

Part 2: Mont Blanc/Monte Bianco 4820m 15,780ft highest summit; a history and 30 years exploration.
Mont Blanc is considered one of the most dangerous mountains in the world due a combination of hazards
including immense size, rock-fall, altitude sickness & extreme weather. All are highlighted during an
exploration via some 5 different routes from easy to difficult, including 2 traverses from Italy to France;
starting with footage featuring rock-fall on Goûter Route & finishing with lightning storm on summit.
Bonuses include famous Valley Blanche ski descent & difficult paraglider flight from a neighbouring summit.
